Local entries can be cleared separately. Deleting an account permanently erases synced recordings, supported media, and local app data.
Go to Settings → Clear Data and confirm. Local profiles, cases, calendar, documents and media are deleted. When your account is active, the app also removes synced posts and supported files from Firebase.
Remains:account for logging in and payment platform information about the purchase. Clearing data is not the same as deleting an account.
Deleting an application using Android or iOS removes local storage from the device within the operating system's rules.
Remains:account and previously synchronized data, if they were not deleted in advance.
In the application, open “Settings” → “Delete account permanently”. After re-verifying your identity, synced posts, photos, scans and PDFs, AI complaints, local app files and your Firebase account are deleted.
Result:logging into your previous account and restoring its data becomes impossible. First, save the necessary documents. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription on the website, Google Play or App Store. Cancel it separately on the purchasing platform.
The password or login via Google/Apple is requested again to prevent an unauthorized person from deleting the account.
Synced posts, photos, scans, PDFs and AI complaints are deleted from Firebase; local files are cleared from the device. If an error occurs, the account is not deleted so that the user can repeat the operation.
The Firebase Authentication ID is destroyed and the application confirms the completion of the operation.
Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat or Stripe may maintain their own transaction records according to their own rules and laws. Support tickets and required security records may be retained for the period specified in the privacy policy. Technical backups are retired through the cloud provider cycle and are not restored to the active account.
Open account deletion form or write from your account address to support@fangsntails.com. After confirming your identity, the request will be processed no later than 30 days.
Keep original passports, prescriptions, test results and other important documents separately. Videos are not synchronized between devices, so you need to transfer them yourself.
