What can I include with a question?
Description of symptoms and up to three photographs. It is useful to indicate the age of the pet, the time the changes began and select the area of the body that is bothering you.
Case History
Each inspection stores the original observations, the AI result, attachments, and subsequent state change notes.
Multiple pets
Each pet gets a separate profile with its own history, documents, calendar, and AI context.
What information is stored in a pet profile?
Name, species, breed, age, weight, height, allergies, chronic conditions, vaccinations, visits, microchip, insurance, passport and attached medical documents. Separate profiles are created for multiple pets.
How does the app find nearby specialists?
Using GPS or a specified city, the application shows veterinary clinics, groomers, dog trainers, animal behaviorists, pet sitters and pet stores. The completeness of the results depends on the availability of map data in the selected region.
How is a request to AI processed?
The selected text, pet context and attachment are transmitted through a secure server connection only to generate a response. The application does not store AI supplier keys on the device.
What happens if you cancel Pro?
Pro will remain active until the end of the already paid period. Then Free limits will be enabled, but previously saved recordings will remain available for viewing and export. The subscription is managed by the platform where it was issued: website, App Store or Google Play.
What files are transferred between devices?
Profiles, records, photos, scans and PDFs are synchronized with your account. The videos remain on the device and require a separate transfer.
