1. Agreement to the terms and conditions

By installing the application, creating an account or using FangsNTails, the user accepts these terms and privacy policy. If the user does not agree, he should stop using the service and delete local data.

Significant changes to the terms and conditions do not apply retroactively. The updated text is published in advance; when the law requires explicit consent, simply continuing to use is not sufficient.

2. What does FangsNTails provide?

The service helps you create pet profiles, keep records and documents, plan care, receive help AI answers, assess the possible urgency of the situation described, and search for third-party services nearby. A complete list is provided on the page all functions.

Availability, price and feature set may vary by country and platform. Before purchasing, the information shown on the FangsNTails checkout page, Google Play or App Store is official.

2.1. Free, Pro, purchases and renewal

• Free can be used without purchase. Current restrictions are shown in the application interface before performing a limited action.
• Pro is an automatically renewed subscription that can be purchased on the FangsNTails website, Google Play or the App Store. The exact price, currency, taxes, availability and duration of the trial period, the date of the first and next debit are shown before confirmation of payment.
• A purchase on the site does not become a Google Play or App Store subscription. She opens the same Pro right in the application through her FangsNTails account. To synchronize, you must log in to the same account on the website and in the application in the same way.
• The subscription is renewed for the selected period until the user cancels it on the registration platform. A web subscription is managed via a link on the Pro page, a Google Play purchase is managed on Google Play, and an Apple purchase is managed on the App Store. Deleting an application or account does not in itself cancel the subscription.
• Google Play and Apple purchases are restored through the appropriate store. Web access is synchronized after logging into your account. Returns are processed by the payment platform of the purchase according to its rules and applicable law.
• If options with and without a seven-day trial are available for the annual plan, they are shown separately. The option without a trial period debits the specified amount after confirmation of purchase.
• The AI ​​limit is calculated by individual requests sent, and not by the number of open chats. Unused monthly requests do not carry over.

When you graduate from Pro, data is not deleted: previously created entries can be viewed and exported, and the creation of new materials is subject to the current Free terms.

3. Age, account and access security

• The user must be of legal age or have the capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law.
• Creating an account requires accurate information and access to the specified email address.
• The user is responsible for the security of the device, mail, Google account and other login methods.
• You cannot transfer other people's personal data, medical documents or images without legal grounds and permission.

If unauthorized access is suspected, you should protect your email and login method, log out of your account on accessible devices and contact via support page.

4. Medical and drug information

FangsNTails provides reference information for pet owners. It may describe possible causes, warning signs, general first aid measures, typical drug uses, contraindications, interactions, and questions for your veterinarian.

The service does not perform a physical examination, laboratory analysis or imaging, confirm a final diagnosis, or create a veterinary prescription. Dosage information especially depends on the type, exact weight, age, organ condition, diagnosis, drug concentration and other medications. The user should not consider the example or general range to be a personal assignment.

5. Emergency situations

The application is not an emergency dispatch center and does not guarantee an immediate response. If there is difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, repeated convulsions, severe bleeding, severe injury, suspected poisoning, sudden bloating or rapid deterioration, contact your nearest veterinary clinic immediately.

The user is responsible for the decision to seek in-person assistance. A network error, an inaccurate description, or a confident-sounding answer should not delay an emergency call.

6. Limitations of AI responses

• AI can make mistakes, miss context, or create plausible but incorrect statements.
• Quality depends on the completeness and accuracy of the entered data and selected photographs. Video is not transmitted to the AI ​​request.
• The answer is intended to lead to a more informed next step, not an absolute execution.
• The user should double check drug names, units, dates and critical instructions with reliable sources.
• The absence of a warning does not prove the action is safe.

If the answer is contrary to the veterinarian's prescription, the user should clarify the question with the doctor rather than change treatment on their own.

7. User Content

The user retains the rights to his posts, photographs, videos and documents. It provides the operator with a limited right to technically store, transmit and process selected materials only for the operation of the requested function, synchronization and protection of the service.

You must not upload illegal materials, malicious code, violent images for shocking purposes, data of other people without justification, or content that violates copyright. Content about an animal's condition is acceptable when it is intended to help and is not used to promote harm.

8. Map and third-party services

Cards of clinics, pharmacies, groomers, pet sitters and stores can be generated from external directories. Hours of operation, address, category, availability and quality of services may be incomplete or out of date. FangsNTails does not endorse the qualifications, license, price, or willingness of a particular provider to accept a patient.

Before traveling, the user must contact the organization, check the address, mode and ability to help in the desired situation. Transactions and medical relationships arise between the user and a third party.

9. Acceptable Use

Prohibited:

• use the service to harm animals or people;
• receive instructions on cruelty, illegal sale of drugs or circumvention of veterinary control;
• issue an AI response as a conclusion from a licensed specialist;
• bypass quotas, authentication, access restrictions and security measures;
• automatically extract map data or content on a commercial scale without permission;
• interfere with the operation of the application, gateway, database or accounts of other users.

10. Availability and changes to the service

Certain features require internet access, device permissions, external vendor availability, and supported operating system version. Local reminders may rely on energy saving and accurate alarm settings.

Features may be updated, fixed, or temporarily disabled for security reasons. When an essential cloud function is discontinued, the operator should, to the extent reasonably possible, notify the user and give the user the opportunity to delete or export the data.

11. Intellectual property

The name, logo, interface, site texts, program code and original materials FangsNTails belong to the respective copyright holder or are used under license. The Terms provide a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the application for its intended purpose.

Help data, maps, system icons, and third party components may be subject to separate licenses.

12. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator does not guarantee the continuity, absence of errors, completeness of the references, or the suitability of the AI ​​response for a particular diagnosis.

Nothing in the terms and conditions excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to human life or health and mandatory consumer rights. Any permissible restriction must be proportionate and not deprive the user of essential protections.

The user is responsible for a backup copy of the original documents: the application is not the only official archive of veterinary passports, prescriptions and insurance policies.

13. Discontinuation and Deletion

The user can stop using, clear data and delete the application. Logging out of your account is not the same as deleting your account. The procedure for local, cloud and credentials is described on the page deleting data.

The operator may restrict access in the event of a serious breach of conditions, a threat to safety or a legal obligation, applying the measure proportionately and providing an explanation, unless prohibited by law.

14. Applicable Law, Disputes and Contact

The terms apply subject to the rights of the operator and the user, and do not limit the mandatory rights of the consumer in the country of residence.
